宁海温泉
看南溪风景，泡森林温泉，人生美事一桩。宁海森林温泉所处地域深甽南溪，这里有广阔的森林资源，周围涉及卧龙谷、仙人谷、闻莺谷、锦绣谷等景区，环境非常幽静。丰富的地热资源使这里闻名遐迩，泉水来自于地下158米处，四季恒温49．5℃，水质主要含有氢、理、氟等20余种矿物质，如果常年沐浴南溪温泉，可以养颜美容，消除疲劳，尤其对心血管、神经系统、动脉硬化、高血压、内分泌、风湿性关节炎及皮肤病等有明显的疗效。宁海森林温泉是全国三大著名温泉之一，1964年，郭沫若先生下榻温泉，欣然挥毫，题写了“天明山南溪温泉”匾额。我国现代国画大师潘天寿先生在上世纪60年代初返宁海故里时，也曾专访温泉，沐浴后当即挥毫，创作一幅《石兰画屏》，并赋七绝一首：“踪迹十年未有闲，喜今便很故乡还，温泉新水宜清浴，爱看秋花艳满山”。宁海温泉，也称宁海南溪温泉，有两家经营单位，分别是天明山森林温泉与南逸温泉，南逸温泉原来叫南苑温泉，里头的别墅山庄就是南逸温泉。
