　误区一：乳液越厚越滋润

　　很多美眉在睡前都喜欢涂上厚厚的乳液，以为这样就可以补充皮肤的水分，使皮肤得到滋润。但美眉们都忽略了，过多的护肤品只会使皮肤不堪重负！

　　正确方法：睡前，涂适量的护肤品在脸部，千万不可给皮肤“增重”。

　　误区二：日霜当晚霜

　　有些美眉为了方便或者节约成本，睡前直接涂抹日霜当晚霜，以为效果一样，可以对肌肤进行保养。其实，这是个大大的错误。皮肤日夜分工不同，白天皮肤主要排泄、抵御外界侵蚀，晚上皮肤主要吸收，尤其在晚上10点至凌晨2点间。所以日霜主要帮助锁水、防晒，而晚霜则要求营养性、功效性强。

　　正确方法：睡前洗脸后，喷完爽肤水后涂抹晚霜，让皮肤在正确的时间吸收正确的养分。
