4:红椒切粗丝,蒜蓉备好待用

5:坐锅烧水,加少许盐,鸡腿菇和蚕豆焯水

6:取出后冷水冲凉

7:坐锅不放油,干煸五花肉片

注意事项:五花肉片最好选用特级五花,肥瘦比例很好,干煸后非常香润。
