照法律上说,如果证剧确凿,这官司应该会打得赢,只是就算赢了,房东这样子,相处也没什么意思,还不如趁早…………

刚刚听一个朋友说宁波来发节目3.15的时候报导过合同期内房租是不能乱涨的,不知道大家有没有听说过?
