Hey,Dear Mr. 罴甯醢,

Everything is going well recently?I hope so.

Thanks for your effort for Ninghai's construction,even though you didn't try your best.

First of all,let me introduce myself,I am from small village of Ninghai town,yeah,Ninghai is my hometown.Forgive me for my poor English because I didn't pass TEM 4 even,Honest,modest is characteristic of Ninghai people,you can take me as example here.Do not think that I can be on behaf of Ninghai people,in fact can not, as I know that lots of Ninghai people who are good at English or other language but they have no time,or they think no need waste time with you.If you don't agree with me,it's easy done,you can translate to English or other languages to test it,you will see Ninghai people can help each other friendly,which will prove that you think too much.Pls do not hesitate to show us as quickly as you can.

But for me,is free now as these days all job finished,I have enough time enjoy it with green tean,music from Jack Zhang,ah,my job is different with yours,but i am sure you must work still ,maybe till 3 dasy left while holidays'coming,as you are one government staff but I am soho so more freedom than you.I can not understand that why you written articles while holidays coming soonest these years.What's up with you?Are you okay?Let me guess it,

Whether you got headache from your job?Complaining for your salary?So much pressure?

Or you were agitated, tense, anxious for your single life still?

Or you were worried about your ticket for coming back Anhui home?

Or other reasons that can not show on the desk?

If got headache from your job,loose yourself first,you should learn how to enjoy your job.Am,your job is important and respectable,as one official staff in Ninghai town,you should try your best to service Ninghai people but not got salary nothing to do everyday.

If you are single still,try to open your heart with Ninghai girls,as I know most of Ninghai girls like one guy who are actived,easy going,lots of examples that showed Ninghai girls married with non-local guys.

If you were worried about your ticket back home,pls do not,just ask for anyone in Ninghai,I am sure they are willing to help you,based on your frank and smile,most of Ninghai people as I told you before are friendly.

If you were in trouble,need any help let's know it,Ninghai people will help you surely.

I am not in my hometown,even not in China now,also non-local guy here.What's the time now?!Pls do not use the words "indigen","stranger" again,I am shame about this for you,I think we are same age,pls note time is changed,have you heard of global village before?!I can feel you sometimes we are same situation both not in hometown,surely we would meet some difficult during life,jobs,etc.Come on,you should change yourself first but not others follow you.There are many things and guys that I can not agree with them here,still I like it,we should use check everything by Dialectical materialism standard,right?!

"Take it as it comes","Love me,love my dog","broad-minded"do you know this?!Always I had a grateful heart while staying other cities,and you?!

Hey,just be a man,change yourself,Ninghai welcome you anytime!Do not lost yourself in this beautiful town.Try to together with Ninghai people,just as Ninghai people would help me on English if there"s any mistake happened.

大体意思我好像看懂了，
作者首先感谢了在宁海的外地民工，他们为宁海的各项行业做出的贡献，尤其是建筑行业。
这里作者指出了在宁海的其中的安徽人，他对宁海人好像有误解，他感觉宁海人把他们当做外地人，不是本地人，带有一定的歧视意味，作者也同样对他的各种烦恼进行了安慰，阐述道宁海其实很友善，非常的乐于助人，让他可以尽管放心，宁海人会友善的对待来自各地的兄弟姐妹。
